Delivery terms
The following delivery methods are available to our customers:
- Courier delivery in Kyiv (cost 150 UAH)
- Courier delivery in Ukraine (according to Nova Poshta tariffs)
- Delivery to a Nova Poshta branch
- Self-pickup from stores - specify in the comments to the order
Delivery of goods in Kyiv is carried out on weekdays from 10:00 to 19:00. At the time of delivery, our courier issues a goods receipt. When ordering, managers will agree on a convenient time range for delivery for you.
Delivery of goods across Ukraine is carried out by the courier service "Nova Poshta" on weekdays and is free of charge for orders over 1000 UAH. In the case of an order amount of up to 1000 UAH, the cost of Nova Poshta services is paid by the buyer.
