Consent to personal data processing

The buyer, placing an order on the website of the online store "Amber Aroma" (hereinafter - the Site), undertakes to accept the Consent for the processing of personal data (hereinafter - the Consent) in accordance with Art. 6 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data" dated June 1, 2010 No. 2297-VI. Acceptance of this Agreement is the placing of an order and the entry of personal data by the Buyer. The buyer gives his consent to the owners of the online store "Amber Aroma" to process his personal data with the following conditions:

• Consent is given to the processing of the following personal data: surname, first name, patronymic; address of residence; contact phone numbers; email address
• the purpose of personal data processing is the sale of goods from the site, as well as the processing of the Buyer's orders
• the basis for processing personal data is Article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data" dated June 1, 2010 No. 2297-VI. During the processing of personal data, the following actions will be carried out: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, use, destruction
• The Buyer gives his consent to the transfer of personal data to third parties without prior notification to the Buyer, if it is related to the processing or delivery of the Buyer's order
• personal data is processed before the liquidation of the online store
• Consent can be revoked by the Buyer by sending a written statement to the email address info@amberaroma.com.ua , in the subject of the letter "Rejection of personal data processing" should be indicated
