JOKING ASIDE has many notes that emphasize the individuality of the owner. The main tonality of the composition is musk. Its aroma is distinctly felt until complete evaporation.

The top accord consists of sharp and spicy coriander seeds, a magical note of freesia and an attractive smell of Egyptian jasmine infusion. The heart of the composition impresses with its beauty. It opens with a seductively sweet scent of Arabian jasmine, a majestic note of Bulgarian rose and orange blossom petals that complement the first two components. In the trail of the perfume, strength and tenderness are perceived as a single entity. Fabrice Pellegrin composed it with sweet and smoky tonka beans, a dry, milky note of sandalwood, weightless vanilla and a very characteristic smell of musk. JOKING ASIDE can be worn all day.

The fragrance lingers on the skin for a long time, leaving behind a multi-layered, exquisite trail. This composition is especially well worn in the off-season, as well as in moderately hot summer periods.

The spirit of Grass lives in the blood of Fabrice. His father was a perfumer; his grandmother is a beloved jasmine picker, and his grandfather is a supplier of natural perfumes. Fabrice remains closely associated with the region. For him, memories of Grasse are woven with images of olive and cypress trees, wide open spaces, sunshine, chirping cicadas, smiling friends and a steady pace of life, as well as time spent with older generations: "the people of Grasse are secretive, they keep their knowledge in precious secrets, but when they divulge them, they convey them in full." Fabrice Pellegren was trained in close cooperation with experienced professionals. He paid close attention to the various stages that raw materials must go through on the way from harvest to perfume. In addition to his role as creative perfumer, Fabrice is also involved in the development of natural products at Firmenich. For 15 years he has divided his time between Paris and research laboratories in Grasse.
