THE SMART SET / LEGISLATORS OF MODE can be called an unusual and even non-standard perfume. The perfumer achieved this effect by making the dominant theme of the fragrance pyramid spicy and earthy vetiver and a mysterious smoky powdery shade. These components give the perfume a special charm.

THE SMART SET bouquet opens with a peppery duet of bergamot and grapefruit, which instantly invigorates. More restrained noble cedar needles and spicy cloves make up the middle notes. The sweet but fresh flesh of the plum blends perfectly with the smoky modulations of the base accord and softens the middle notes.

Patchouli, faint coffee notes and a wet scent of vetiver complete the base accord. THE SMART SET wears well during the day. The perfume is recommended for off-season as it adapts to unpredictable weather and is great to wear both on humid days and on cool and sunny days.
